For Who?

Anybody who wants to get faster, ride longer, climb better, sprint harder should consider hiring a coach. You don't have to be a racer to benefit from my coaching. Slowly building up your fitness is key, because your health is more important than some quick gains.

Why?

As a cycling coach, my role is to guide and support athletes in optimizing their performance on the bike. I design personalized training programs, analyze performance data, and provide feedback on technique and tactics. I work closely with athletes to set and achieve their goals.

How?

Most of my plans are created in TrainingPeaks and your monthly coaching package includes a basic account. This is how I can see what's working and what's not. A bike computer and a heart rate monitor are required, but a power meter would guarantee the best outcome.

Where?

If you have internet I can coach you. Even so we might never physically ride together, I am right there with you cheering you on as I am reviewing and analyzing your workouts. Depending on which plan you choose we'll be talking on the phone once or twice a month.

After an initial hour long phone consultation, you will receive your custom four week training plan. Depending on the discipline (road, gravel, MTB or Cyclocross) and the characteristic of your

A-event (season goal) I will design the plan with the appropriate balance of strength, intervals and endurance sessions for you to utilize all of your bodies fuel options to maximize your power output for length of the event. 

 

Not into racing: 

Do you just want to get into better shape, tired of being dropped on your local group ride.

How about riding your first century? Maybe you want to be able to finish that Fondo and still speak in full sentences afterwards :)  Cycling is such a multifaceted sport and the goals can be whatever you want them to be. Modern training methods are not exclusive for top racers they can be modified and applied to anybody to whatever it is they want to achieve.
